Four constructions cover most professional towel requirements. Each page states what the variables are and what changes when you move them — the figures themselves are fixed on the quotation.

QC-F
Facial towels
A light spunlace towel for cleansing and facial treatment, folded for dispenser boxes, sachets or bulk cartons.
Facial towels are the thinnest construction we convert. The web is bonded by water jets alone, so there is no chemical binder to leave residue on skin or to stiffen the hand-feel as the towel dries.

QC-S
Salon towels
A heavier spunlace towel for hair salons: it takes water out of hair quickly, then goes straight into the laundry skip instead of the wash.
A salon towel has one job that a facial towel does not: it has to move a lot of water out of hair, fast, while staying in one piece when it is twisted and wrapped.

QC-B
Disposable bath towels
A large-format spunlace towel for hotels, ryokan and spas: one per guest, usable wet, packed to the room or the amenity cart.
A bath towel is judged wet. The specification question is not only how much it absorbs, but whether it still holds together after it has been soaked, wrung and used a second time.

QC-C
Custom and private label
Development of a towel to your own specification, from a starting point on our existing constructions or from a blank sheet.
There are two ways to start. If you already sell a towel you are happy with, we match the construction and change only what you need to change — pack, print, fold or size. If you are launching a line, we start from the use case and build the construction around it.

QC-R
Jumbo rolls
Hydroentangled web in roll form for converters who slit, print, wet or pack in their own plant.
A converter buys the web, not the towel. What matters is that the roll runs at line speed without breaks, that the width divides cleanly into the finished piece, and that the next roll behaves like the last one.

QC-C
Compressed towels
A spunlace towel compressed into a coin or tablet for travel kits, amenity sets and retail packs.
Compression solves a volume problem, and volume is what a travel kit is short of. The specification question is what the sheet does when it is wetted: how quickly it opens, whether it opens evenly, and whether it can be used without unfolding it by hand.

QC-M
Sheet mask substrate
A fine spunlace web for pre-cut cosmetic masks and cleansing sheets, quoted by cut pattern and by liquid behaviour.
On a sheet mask, the web is the delivery system. What matters is how it takes up a serum, how it holds it against skin, how it releases it over twenty minutes, and whether it stays in one piece when a user lifts it off.

How to read the specification sheet
Every line carries the same sheet, so you can compare one against another. Values are left as "confirmed at quotation" on purpose: they are measured on the material you will receive, not on a reference sample.
If you are not sure which line fits
- 01 Describe the use: facial treatment, wet hair, bathing, or amenity kit.
- 02 Tell us the pack format your dispensers or shelves already take.
- 03 Send a sample of the towel you use today, if there is one.
Send us the specification you are working to.
A target weight, a pack format, a market and an annual volume is enough to start. A sample of what you use today is better.
