Light web, low lint, folded to your pack
Facial towels are the thinnest construction we convert. The web is bonded by water jets alone, so there is no chemical binder to leave residue on skin or to stiffen the hand-feel as the towel dries.
Most of the specification work happens before the first sample: fibre blend decides how the towel feels wet and dry, basis weight decides how much it absorbs, and the fold decides what packing machine it runs on.

- Fibre blend
- Polyester, viscose or cotton, and whether wood pulp is included. The blend sets softness, absorbency and wet strength at the same basis weight.

- A heavier web absorbs more and drapes less. A lighter web feels softer against skin and uses less material per piece.

- Width and slit
- Roll width and slit width decide how many pieces fit across the web and how much edge trim is lost. Trim loss is a direct cost line.

- Surface and perforation
- Plain, embossed or perforated. Embossing adds bulk and grip; perforation changes how the towel releases water and how it wraps.

- Z, V, C or single fold. The fold must match the dispenser and the packing line, and it changes converting cost per piece.

Every figure in a quotation is measured on the material you will receive. We do not publish indicative numbers as if they were guarantees.
Questions buyers ask
Can the towel be supplied with a wetting agent or as a dry wipe?
Dry supply is standard. Wet packs are quoted per project, because the liquid, the pack film and the fill volume are all decisions that affect the construction.
Is a printed logo on the towel itself possible?
Printing is normally applied to the pack. Print directly on the web is a separate tooling decision and is quoted only after the artwork and the material are fixed.
