Jumbo rolls
Hydroentangled web in roll form for converters who slit, print, wet or pack in their own plant.
QC-R
The substrate before it becomes a product
A converter buys the web, not the towel. What matters is that the roll runs at line speed without breaks, that the width divides cleanly into the finished piece, and that the next roll behaves like the last one.
We quote rolls against the converting layout rather than against a catalogue: width, basis weight, wind direction and the splice policy all follow from what the line will do with it.
Where it is used
- Wet wipe and dry wipe converting
- Printing and embossing lines
- In-house cutting of facial and hand towels
- Sheet mask and cosmetic pad production
Roll width and wind direction are fixed at production. Confirm the cutting layout before the width is booked.
Specification sheet
- Fibre blend
- Viscose-heavy for absorption, polyester added for wet tensile and runnability at line speed.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Roll width
- Chosen so the cutting layout divides without trim. This is the decision that is expensive to reverse.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Basis weight
- Stated as a nominal with a tolerance; a converter's yield calculation needs the tolerance, not just the target.
- Confirmed at quotation
Every figure in a quotation is measured on the material you will receive. We do not publish indicative numbers as if they were guarantees.
Questions buyers ask
Can we trial a single roll before ordering a production run?
A trial roll is a production roll of a shorter length, so it carries the same setup. We quote it as such rather than as a free sample, because a roll that does not run on your line tells us more than a hand sheet does.

Send the use case and the pack format. We will come back with the variables that need a decision and a quotation with measured figures.
