Sheet mask substrate
A fine spunlace web for pre-cut cosmetic masks and cleansing sheets, quoted by cut pattern and by liquid behaviour.
QC-M
Cut for a face, judged by what it does to a serum
On a sheet mask, the web is the delivery system. What matters is how it takes up a serum, how it holds it against skin, how it releases it over twenty minutes, and whether it stays in one piece when a user lifts it off.
The cut is a separate specification. A pattern that suits one face shape wastes material on another, so the cutting layout and the roll width have to be agreed together.
Where it is used
- Pre-cut sheet masks, wet or dry
- Cleansing and toner pads
- Cosmetic pads for retail packs
- Private label masks for retail and professional channels
A pre-wetted mask sold to consumers is inside the definition of a wet wipe in some markets. Confirm the destination before fixing the blend.
Specification sheet
- Fibre blend
- Cellulose-heavy for liquid uptake and skin contact; a small synthetic component improves handling when wet.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Basis weight
- Lighter webs drape closer to the face and use less serum; heavier webs feel more substantial and hold more liquid.
- Confirmed at quotation
- Cut pattern
- Agreed as a drawing, with the roll width, so that the pattern divides with minimum trim.
- Confirmed at quotation
Every figure in a quotation is measured on the material you will receive. We do not publish indicative numbers as if they were guarantees.
Questions buyers ask
Do you supply the mask already wetted and packed?
We supply the substrate. Wetting, filling and sealing belong to a converter, and in several markets that converter carries the compliance obligation for the finished product. We can work alongside them on the specification.

Send the use case and the pack format. We will come back with the variables that need a decision and a quotation with measured figures.
